Carol and I have been customers at the Kingshighway location in Saint Charles for a couple of decades. Joe has been a great gatekeeper with the routine maintenance and also the problems that have come up over the years. The latest was a Subaru thermostat which took several appointments to correct. This is due to a specific part that we needed. Joe and JC Car Care are fair and easy to work with when a difficult problem occurs. Joe stayed with us to a successful resolution and JC Car Care was better to work with than a local dealer. Since it's been fixed, the car is also getting better mileage - an improvement of five miles to the gallon. Joe and the entire crew at JC car care went above and beyond to figure out and repair the thermostat problem in our Subaru. Joe cared about getting the car repaired more than the dealer. Since the thermostat has been fixed the gas mileage has gone up 5 mpg. We tend to drive our cars til the end, so JC car care is who we trust to keep them running as long as possible. I am so glad I chose to go here. I am always nervous about getting my car inspected because I know little about cars. Jim was very kind and explained my options well. This will be my go to place from now on.
